Process Inspire Innovate Succeed A two step process; Stage 1 – on one page proforma with overview of the project and costings – used to determine eligibility and fit with programme. Stage 2 – Full business plan with costings demonstrating strategic fit, value for money and outcome

Inspire Innovate Succeed Stage 1 review Opportunity to submit 2-3 times per year Reviewed by a panel Must meet pre defined criteria to progress Turnaround within 30 working days Inspire Innovate Succeed
