GLAST LAT ProjectCost/Schedule Slides for Monthly Status Mtg. Nov 3, Accomplishments for September and October The GLAST Race card game has been printed. Samples of these will be sent out with the annual reports. They will be available for ordering Nov. 10 th. ( We purchased a new control computer for GORT. The GLAST Space Mystery (1 and 2) work continues. Student Dakota Decker has nearly completed the formatting. Philip Plait is writing and editing the content. Reprint of TOPS 1 is completed and received. Creation and printing of TOPS module 3 Pi in the Sky is completed. These are available on the order form site mentioned above. Sarah Silva, Phil Plait, and Laura Chase attended the California Science Teachers Association annual meeting in Palm Springs. This went very well - all of our workshops were well attended. We had 48 teachers attend the GLAST TOPS workshop and 37 attend the GLAST AGN workshop.

GLAST LAT ProjectCost/Schedule Slides for Monthly Status Mtg. Nov 3, Accomplishments for September and October The GLAST AGN guides and posters were reprinted. We expect these November 4 th. Completed annual reports, these will be sent out this week. Created a new reporting system for all workshops given for E/PO. If you have given a workshop/talk or will do so this year, please report this workshop to us. Sarah for more information The draft text for the back of the Supernova poster has been completed. Tim Graves installed the new flat field screen in the GORT dome this week. The black hole planetarium show is nearly complete. The script will be finalized this week, and a near-final version has been sent to narrator Liam Neeson as a courtesy. The animation is completed, and we expect everything to be on-track for the advanced screening at the Denver Museum of Natural History in December.

GLAST LAT ProjectCost/Schedule Slides for Monthly Status Mtg. Nov 3, Accomplishments for September and October Lynn Cominsky, Phil Plait, and Sarah Silva reviewed the annual evaluations for the GLAST Educator Ambassadors. We have decided to replace two GLAST educator ambassadors with two that were previously sponsored by other SEU missions. We are pleased to have Mandy Frantti and Linda Smith join the GLAST EA program. The reason for the two new EAS is because we had to drop two GLAST EAs as they had not fulfilled their annual requirements. (for more about the EAs see The GLAST E/PO booth was at the SSU Open House Saturday, October 8th. The GLAST E/PO group did activity demonstrations as well as disseminated GLAST E/PO materials.
