What is a global citizen?

Oxfam’s Global Citizen is aware of the wider world and has a sense of his or her own role as a world citizen respects and values diversity has an understanding of how the world works economically, politically, socially, culturally, technologically and environmentally is outraged by social injustice

Oxfam’s Global Citizen participates in and contributes to the community at a range of levels from the local to the global is willing to act to make the world a more equitable and sustainable place takes responsibility for his or her own actions

Let’s Learn About Some Issues In the same groups of 3 as before, each group needs to fill 3 roles  Reader  Recorder  Speaker Each group will grab an article from the teacher  the reader will read it to their group  The recorder will write down any notes about the article, and the answers to the questions  the speaker will read the answers out to the class Questions to answer  What is the article about?  What is the human right in question here?
