 Return Grade Sheets signed by teachers by September 26 th …NO EXCEPTIONS!!  Campaigning with start on Monday, September 29 th and go through to Wednesday, October 1 st.  All items NEED to be REMOVED by 3:15pm on Wednesday, October 1 st. Otherwise you WILL be disqualified.

 ALL posters and other materials MUST be signed off by Ms. Lazar or Mrs. Koehler BEFORE they can be displayed.  All campaigning material must be purchased by students. (Tape, Paper, Etc.)  SCA and PTMS are NOT responsible for any damaged posters.

 You are allowed FOUR posters. Two in the 8 th grade wing and Two in the common areas (Gym, Mixing Bowl, Cafeteria, etc.)

 EVERYTHING you hand out to students MUST be approved by Ms. Lazar or Mrs. Koehler.  NO GUM!!  All items need to abide ALL school policies.  Materials can only be handed out during passing periods or lunch…BUT you CANNOT be late to class because of campaigning. › If we get complaints you will no longer be eligible to run for SCA. › Teacher discretion on all materials entering their classroom.

 Voting will take place on Thursday, October 2 nd.  Winners will be announced on Friday, October, 3 rd.  First Meeting Will Be on Thursday, October 9 th.
