 ELA: 12 th grade concentrators who scored proficient or advanced on the ELA HSAP administered 2 years prior.  Mathematics: 12 th grade concentrators who scored proficient or advanced on the Math HSAP administered 2 years prior.  Technical Skill Attainment: concentrators who completed a CATE program and passed the technical skill assessments that are aligned with industry-recognized standards.  School Completion: 12 th grade concentrators who completed a CATE program and attained a South Carolina high school diploma, state certificate, or a GED.  Graduation Rates: CATE concentrators who were included as graduates in the State’s computation of its graduation rate as defined in SC’s Consolidated Accountability Plan.  Secondary Placement: Concentrators who complete a CATE program and are placed in postsecondary education, military service, or employment, averaged over a three-year period.  Nontraditional Participation: Concentrators of the underrepresented gender enrolled in CATE program identified as leading to nontraditional training and employment.  Nontraditional Completion: 12 th grade concentrators of the underrepresented gender who completed CATE programs identified as leading to nontraditional training and employment.
