Training There is a need for both leadership and management skills. Training is focused on the core elements that support implementation the new KCF.

Training 1)Leadership capacity building which includes personal growth in leadership and interaction skills within school and in community 2)Management skills include several operational actions that have been included in several guide manuals of school development

Series of two day training session: 1 st day focusing on personal growth of leaderships 2 nd day focusing on using personal capacity on operational level in implementing KCF
