Information sharing platforms to improve information flow BFC Intranet This Intranet website is an internal working space with pertinent information on programmes, activities and initiatives with links to field office websites. UNESCO WORLDWIDE This Internet website is a space to present UNESCO's field network and the colleagues working in the field.

Records Management Committee Propose records management policies, procedures and practices, so as to ensure that the management of the records of UNESCO is carried out in a coherent, efficient and responsible manner in order to meet the needs of the Organization, in particular with regard to the introduction of electronic records management; Study and recommend measures aiming at optimizing the use of storage space for documentation material. Propose solutions aiming at providing the necessary space and security conditions for the archives of the Organization; Ensure the full involvement of all parts of the Secretariat in the implementation of records management policies.
