Special focus on SMEs More than 1.2 billion package - Cooperation: around 970 M allocated to the support of SMEs (includes 140 M for continuation of a pilot action dedicated to SMEs in Health) - Capacities: 252 M "Research for the benefit of SMEs" Risk-Sharing Finance Facility – Risk Sharing Instrument (RSFF - RSI) Cooperation: 150 million boost for RSI loan guarantee facility for SMEs / small mid-caps => leveraging 1 billion loans for R&I

Special focus on innovation Exploitation of existing research results (at least 220 M) Both EU and non-EU funded results.
