Dramatic changes in the person’s appearance. Self-destructive behavior. Withdrawal from friends, family, and regular activities. A sudden change in mood. SUICIDE IS ____________ THE ANSWER!

REVIEW HOW CAN YOU SHOW SUPPORT FOR SOMONE WHO IS SUICIDAL? Talk to the person. Show an interest in the person’s problem. Do not be afraid to ask whether the individual is planning to harm him or her self. Urge the person to share his or her feelings and thoughts with a trusted adult.
