In modern life, everyone live in a fast pace life and there are many annoying things surrounding us like exams, works or making friends. These problems make us feel stressful. But have you ever think what is stress?

Stress is our normal part of daily life. It may cause mental diseases and anxiety. Ans: Stress is somehow like our daily basic and it helps us response many problem. Anxiety is how we react to stress and it may produce fears and hurt our health.

STRESS AND DEPRESSION According to CNN news, one stressful event after another - losing your job, worrying about a sick loved one, moving and leaving behind a strong social network - can accumulate and trigger depression. Q:What are the symptoms when we feel depression?

CNN tells us we may get sleep issues (either trouble sleeping or sleeping too much), experiencing aches and pains, getting sick often, loss of appetite and problems going to the bathroom. Some people say they feel worried all of the time or are constantly exhausted.
