 Record Measurements on Statewide Spreadsheets (Pantry 2014) or in Daily Diaries (Green Sheet Examples)  Some Calculations May Need to be Drawn on Engineering Paper  Be as Accurate as Possible  Rounding Errors are Common  Have Someone Check Your Work  Keep ALL source documents

 Traffic control should be inspected continuously, but more formally once a week.  Traffic Control Inspection Checklist in Pantry.  Federal Highways random check-ups check for documented proof of Traffic Inspections.
