The Continuous Aspect Is used for four reasons: 1. An action which is in progress (happening now, or around now, or at a specific time in the past or future) 2. An interrupted action. 2. A temporary action 3. A trend, changing action or situation

The Continuous Aspect 1. An action which is in progress (happening at a specific time) She can’t go to the party because she’s studying for the Gateway Exam. Tomorrow morning we’ll be swimming in Antalya. What were you doing last night? I was listening to music.
