Product Care Association (PCA) has been a leader in Household Hazardous and Special Waste recycling since ABOUT PCA: Not for profit, member based industry association Members are the obligated “producers” under applicable regulations PCA develops and implements programs on behalf of members in response to regulations Members pay fees to fund the programs

Manitoba LightRecycle Program May 1, PCA’s Manitoba LightRecycle program launched as part of PCA’s Manitoba Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) program The MB LightRecycle program is limited to residential-use fluorescent lamps. The PCA Manitoba HHW program includes many other products, such as household paint and flammable liquids, etc. Collection System Return to Retail Other (Private, Municipal, Non-profit) Total
