Teesside Project Gtown and Dtown are amongst the most deprived 10% of all wards in the Gov index of multiple deprivation – with high levels of disadvantage across all measures. Deprivation Index: Grangetown 9 Lowest 8414 Highest 1 Local Authority rep …..depressing inevitability prevails and social alienation or apathy ensue. Death rates on Teesside are 13% than the England average.
