Ownership Independent –To be in charge of the functions and results of the business. –Wouldn’t have to fight over ownership rights –Easy to expand

Level Of Service Limited Service – Employees are there if consumers need help –They walk in go to their color section, find their style and then the size.

Merchandise Line We sell T-Shirts and long sleeved T- Shirts –V-Neck –Sweetheart –Crew Cut –Regular In the future we may offer sweatshirts

Non Store Retailing We would set up a vending machine that would be filled with T- Shirts. You would pick your size and style and then it would distribute it to you.

Pricing Strategy I would price any T-Shirt for 5 dollars Its cheap and would bring in many customers We would offer deals like 5 shirts for 20 bucks. –This would only be one day a year.

Store Location Eau Claire WI + Wausau WI – Available to hicks that like wearing T-Shirts –Also available to people living in the city –We would be located in a strip mall There are about 65,883 people in Eau Claire, WI. There are about 38,426 people in Wausau, WI. Many small towns are close to either one of these locations.

Summary We would have shops located in strip malls in Wausau and Eau Claire WI. These locations would offer small town residents and city residents a store to buy just t- shirts. T-shirts would be organized in color, then style, then size.
