Aims of FRONTLINE To engage with industry and utilise the expertise and knowledge of their staff To provide awareness sessions to educate staff of indicators of criminal behaviour To provide industry with a conduit to voice concerns they may have with Customs internal systems

CUSTOMS hotline Is a program targeting members of the public who may recognise and report potential or actual illegal activity of interest to Customs

Aims of CUSTOMS hotline To inform targeted members of the community regarding: Customs priorities for border protection – eg. prohibited imports & exports, counter terrorism, unauthorised people / vessels. How to recognise signs which may indicate the possibility of a Customs offence, and How to CUSTOMS hotline
