Conditions for the use of FM The customer has to pay advance money for the amount of postage required by him. He franks postal articles in lieu of postage stamps. Every franked article should bear Value Die, Licence Die and optional Slogan Die (for advertising his product.) The machine have two meters-Ascending and descending (credit).
