 Is a search engine that searches several search engines and databases and combines it in one list  Also known as a virtual database  Does not collect a library or database of information  It eliminates duplicate listings and provides current and most relevant information first

 Launched in 1996 being one of the first meta search engines  Named this way because they are the ‘mamma of all search engine  Today it operates as an ad exchange where advertisers are able increase internet traffic  Since 2009 it is a subsidiary of Corpenic Inc

 Automatically Collected By The Site ◦ They collect and analyze certain user behavior on the site and store it in log files.  Cookies and Web Beacons ◦ They track user behavior and use it for services through the use of cookies and web beacons.  Personal Information ◦ They do not collect any personally identifiable information or financial information like credit card numbers, postal address, financial statements, etc. They do however collect a user's name and address.
