*The CSREES National Water Quality Program enabled the formation and linkage of 10 Regional Water Quality Coordination projects. *The intent of the program is foster national and regional coordination and resource development. *Program from the meeting *$1.1 billion program, 12.2% funding rate *Framework and Organization, Section 406 established a competitive grants process composed of 4 major funding categories 1.
