What is time management? It’s the skill of organising your time to generate the best work and productivity It’s about giving the right amount of time to the right activity to get the right results The conscious control we have over the amount of time spent doing stuff It’s about stopping yourself from complete melt down

Why does it matter? Prevents stress and burnout Gives us more “me” time Makes us more efficient Helps us work smarter not harder Make sure we get things done Helps us plan and priortise Improves confidence and self esteem
