Setting and Achieving Goals Write down your specific goals Evaluate important to least important Make time frames for each goal Write goals in several different areas of your life Reflect on your goals Move into action meeting goal requirements Reward yourself with care Get to the benefits and get what you want

Daily to-do List Step 1  Brainstorm tasks that you want to get done tomorrow Step 2  Estimate how long it will take you to complete list Step 3  Rate each task by priority Step 4  Keep your to do list with you at all times and cross off each activity as you finish them Step 5  Evaluate your performance

Multitasking Reduce temptation of multitasking by turning off distracting devices such as TV, cell phone, disconnect from internet Handle interruptions with care and take notice of where your taking a break Align your activities with your passions
