General Directions Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Make sure you eat a healthy breakfast everyday. Eat healthy snacks too! 1.Pick 15 countries youd like to focus on. 2.Search for 15 traditional breakfast foods and/or snacks that originated from these countries. 3.Explain why you would recommend these foods to kids your age. 4.
