OLED lighting OLED lighting process in addition to evaporation technique, this year has seen much progress in the solution coating process technology.Actively develop the solution coating type OLED lighting technology include Philips / Konica Minolta, LG Chem, UDC and other companies.

Introduction to the OLED package type

Relatively cheaper cost Higher material utilization rate. Solution containing a combination of multi- component material The reason why the development of solution coating process OLED lighting technology reasons (control evaporation technique) mainly due to :

Small molecule materials commonly used in light- emitting materials system (control light-emitting polymer materials system) : Higher luminous efficiency. Materials easily purified. Batch mass production of materials quality is good reproducibility. After the coating process, the drying process, the solvent removed quickly and solvent residual problems. Paints viscosity stable and solvent combination of design control coating solution viscosity required.
