Microwave A smaller version of an oven. Sally cooked popcorn in the microwave for watching a movie.

Microorganisms Very tiny bacteria that can only be seen with a microscope. Bob wanted to learn more about microorganisms and asked the science teacher.

Microphone The singer sang with the microphone walking around the stage. An instrument that makes sound louder.

Microscope An object that lets you see things that cannot be seen by just looking. Tiffany wanted to see what was on an object in the microscope.

Microscopic Incredibly tiny, almost to the point of being invisible, that you need a microscope to view it. The science teacher let everyone look at the microscopic things in the microscope.
