Programs and research 9 Networkflow Libraries serve research, learning and teaching. The focus should be on how the network is changing research, learning and teaching practices, and how libraries respond. Not on internal library operations and technologies. People used to build their workflow around the library. Now the library needs to build its services around peoples workflow. The world is incorrigibly plural.
