OPEN SPACE GOALS… A unique opportunity to connect with others who are eager to learn about, plan for, and take action in an area that they see as critical to the success of their own interests, the work of their organization(s), and/or their relationships with colleagues, clients & families… Not an invitation to complain or even "solve problems," but rather to co-create some dimension of the organization, the community, or the world that we all really want to be a part of.

Open Space can only fail for 2 reasons: 1.If people show up with no passion 2.And/or if somebody tries to control the process in order to achieve some sort of pre-determined outcome(s).
