Reaching for rainbows Danielle van Niekerk Lauren Henderson

Hello friends! My name is Suzie and I am 7 years old!

This is my room for now. Its not as pretty as my room at home but I have to stay here for now.

I really like the place I'm staying at because everyone is so friendly and helpful.

This is nurse Lane, she is my nurse and helps me everyday! She tells me that my dreams shouldn’t have to wait till I'm back home.

Nurse Lane reminds me everyday that you should always reach for your dreams.

St. Mary’s Hospital is home just for now. I have many dreams but they will have to wait till I'm better.

Nurse Lane told me to write down all my dreams so that we can start reaching for them.

My dream is to be a famous ballerina. I want to dance in front of a huge audience. I want everyone to clap and cheer for me.

I also dream of rainbows. I wish I could sit on one all day and watch everyone I love down on Earth.

Everything looks so beautiful from up here! I wish I could sit here all day.

You can even be an astronaut if you want to. Land on the moon and meet an alien.

You can even dream to be the fastest race car driver ever.

You might even want to be a policeman and save the town.

Firemen or woman save people from burning buildings. You can dream to be a fireman or firewoman when your older and save lives.

Do you have any dreams? You should make a list too and reach for them!

THE END
