Case 1: Otosclerosis Primary Surgery (Right Ear) 08:15 am (provisional) 51 year old male Left failed primary otosclerosis in 2008 (other surgeon). Revision left otosclerosis (same surgeon) in 2010: eroded incus, Ossiculoplasty with TORP (malleus-to-stapedotomy procedure). Good initial result over 2 years followed by recurrent ABG. Right progressive ABG. Surgical decision: right primary surgery first and left second revision 1 year later. Otoscopy: normal R. Vincent. Case 1 - Otosclerosis Primary Surgery
