SMART Goal 100% of the campus will develop a mission statement and documented goals aligned to student achievement, and staff will communicate these goals by the end of October 29th.

Campus Leadership Team Mission Statement: We, the Campus Leadership Team of Sunset Ridge, will use effective leadership skills to guide the creation of a focused work place with common core values and goals that will ultimately effect student achievement.

Group Norms Confidentiality is expected from all participants. One person speaks at a time ~ refrain from sidebar conversations. Explain and follow agenda, honor time limitations and work to achieve meeting goals. Focus on solutions. Stay positive, celebrate successes, we are all here for the students.

Code of Conduct Be respectful of others, elicit and consider the viewpoints and roles of all team members. We will engage in productive and courteous communication We are one voice. It is okay to disagree during a meeting but once the group has made a decision, it needs to be supported by everyone outside of the meeting.

Continued Expectation Grade levels will meet weekly to discuss implementation of campus goals and strategies at their grade level. (except for data meeting weeks)

Issue Bin Include more diversity on the committee: classified staff member, David, Tamara, special ed. rep, Vicki Staff meetings: use for Committee work Where will we publish all the data for everyone to see, yet have it be confidential? Communication throughout staff on what is going on in all departments, grade levels, office, etc.
