Federal Laws in HR Title VII of Civil Rights Act (1964)  Prohibits discrimination on basis of  Race  Religion  Color  Sex  National origin

Federal Laws in HR Civil Rights Act of 1991 Provide possible compensation & punitive damages for discrimination

Federal Laws in HR Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967  Prohibits discrimination against people between and restricts mandatory retirement

Federal Laws in HR Vocational Rehabilitation Act of 1973  Prohibits discrimination based on physical or mental disability

Federal Laws in HR Equal Pay Act of 1963  Requires men & women be paid the same for equal work
