What We Do …..  Provide Tailor Made Support for the Individual  Support the Individual to access Training or Further Education  Support the Individual to Compile a C.V.  Provide Interview Skills Training

We Also …..  Provide Information on Benefit Entitlement  Support the Individual to access the correct Benefits E.g. Employment & Support Allowance, Job Seekers Allowance, Disability Living Allowance  Accompany Individuals to Job Centre Appointments  Accompany Individuals to Benefit Medicals or Appeals

 Age for service is from 14 – 65  Individuals leave school early or when they are 16  Stress of School too much (We support pupils who have reduced timetables with work experience)  Transition is important for all (Even if a pupils is High Functioning and performing academically well)

 Good support networks while at school  Sitting at home doing nothing  Low Self-Esteem  No Expectation  No Structure or Purpose

 Plan Next Steps Carefully  Involve & Consult with Family  Share Information  Use Obsessions / Skills Positively  Don’t make False Promises

 Good Transitions to Employment lead to Successful Lives
