Thessaloniki: From social crisis to urban resilience

Creating a resilient, smart and inclusive city People are the most important asset of the city. The residents of Thessaloniki have proved to be resilient by creating a vibrant scene of different cultures, mentalities and knowledge that have developed through the numerous universities and research centers. Thessaloniki needs a comprehensive and holistic strategy to be able to continue to function no matter what stresses or shocks the city encounters.
