First Screen : First window form will always remain open, for the user to select menu options. 1

Select Data source : User selects Open command from File menu and then selects the type of data source to connect to 2

Select Access Data source: Based on user selection of data source input parameters for MS Access 2003 are requested 3

Select Access Data source: Based on selected database if no table name is specified by user, corresponding table names will be populated in a list. User can select any table name and click on connect. 4

Select Excel Data source: Based on user selection of data source, input parameters for MS Excel 2003 are requested 5

Select Excel Data source: Based on user selection if multiple sheets are present in single Excel file, the list is displayed for user to select any one sheet. User can specify if the first row contains column headers 6

Select Flat File Data source: Based on user selection of data source input parameters for Flat File are requested 7

Select Flat File Data source: The flat file and its delimiter once selected, user can now specify if the first row contains the column headers and click on connect 8

Display Data Tables: Once the data sources get connected corresponding data grids are populated with the data 9

The user selects Data Operations>> Export Data Preview from the menu 10

A list of the open data sources is displayed. The user can check/uncheck the data sources he wishes to preview before exporting 11

The data rows selected from the checked tables will be displayed for export preview. The user can also delete unwanted rows 12

The final preview can be exported to an Excel file at any desired location 13

Export data is successful 14
