T HE P ROCESS School Leadership Team developed school-wide goals based on county goals and expectations Grade-level teams worked together to develop goals based on school goals Individual teachers then developed goals based on their team goals Goals at every level focused on the areas of need identified within the 5-Year Strategic Plan (Reading Language Arts, Math, Technology) All teachers, counselors, administrators, specialists, and speech pathologists created individual goals
