Payroll Program

Introduction Andean Marketing Group envisions a very successful and profitable source of revenue for all new employers who choose our Payroll Program Solution. Andean Marketing Group is aware of the needs required by both the employees and employers and will always deliver an efficient and reliable product to both. The sole purpose of this program is to allow those hard working Americans without checking accounts, the opportunity to remain without a banking relationship while eliminating the loss of money during the check cashing process. This Payroll Program will also assist cardholders in sending money back to family members in different countries at very small rate.

Program Description Payroll cards are a cost effective and more secure alternative compared to storing, printing, cutting, and mailing paper checks. The payroll card is loaded with the value of the employee’s wages, allowing the cardholder to use the card at ATM or POS terminals anywhere and anytime in the world

Program Overview Access to account balance, transaction detail and other account related administration features is based on account ownership. Payroll cards are owned by the Employee, the Distributor has no access to account balance and transaction details. The distributor can only order payroll cards and obtain direct deposit information.

Payroll Card Forecast

Employees Input When employees were asked in a survey whether or not they would accept a payroll card rather than a paycheck, 90% said no. After a 90 day pilot they were asked if they wanted to change back to a paycheck and 90% of the employees chose to stay with the payroll card due to its reliability and efficiency!
