Start a Business Speaker’s Bio William A. Taylor, Jr., CPA is the founder and owner of two firms, Taylor CPA & Associates, PC of Columbus, Georgia and W3 CPAs and Consultants, Inc. of Atlanta, Georgia, and is licensed in Georgia & Louisiana. His firms currently employ 12 individuals. William is also co-founder of Blue Holdings, LLC, an asset holding company. The company currently holds commercial rental real estate, residential rental real estate, securities, precious stones and other assets. Williams holds an undergraduate degree in Accounting and a Master's degree in Accounting and from Tulane University. In March 2006, he established the “Run your own business for a year Apprenticeship”. The program allows high school sophomores and juniors to compete for an opportunity to win a $5,000 stipend to run their own business for one year.

IFRS UPDATES SPEAKER’S BIO Evan is an Audit Manager in the Atlanta office of Grant Thornton, LLP and has over 7 years of experience in financial accounting and audit services. He is also the leader of the Atlanta office Diversity Initiative. Evan’s experience includes providing assurance services to companies in a diverse group of industries including, consumer and industrial products, technology, media, manufacturing, construction and not for profit. Evan is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, National Association of Black Accountants and the Georgia Society of CPAs. Evan earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University Of Connecticut and Master of Science degree in Accounting& Taxation from the University of Hartford.

NETWORKING & TIME MANAGEMENT SPEAKER’S BIO Steve is the Region Lead Faculty for Becker Professional Education in the Atlanta area helping candidates pass the CPA and CFA examinations. He earned his CPA license while working in both the audit and tax departments at KPMG's Atlanta office. Prior to opening his own CPA firm he was employed by several large organizations as a Corporate Controller and Chief Financial Officer. Steve is currently a Lecturer of Accounting at Kennesaw State University teaching both Accounting and Tax classes. Additionally, he is an adjunct member of the graduate school faculties of the University of Louisville and Florida International University teaching Managerial Accounting in their international MBA programs
