Note Taking Formats Indented Paragraph Format John F. Kennedy – President, born in Boston, Democrat, strong supporter of Civil Rights Assassinated in Nov Robert F. Kennedy - Brother to John, Democrat, Senator and Sec’y of State, Assassinated in June 1968 This format allows for easy reading of notes. A return to the page margin occurs when there is a change in topic.

Note Taking Formats List Format Two kinds of chemical bonds 1.covalent bond 2.ionic bond This format is useful when a list is being presented. It helps you stay on track and alerts you to listen for a sequence.

Note Taking Formats Split Page Format Solve 3 – 2 ( x + 4 ) = 16remove ( ), using distributive prop. 3 – 2x – 8 = 16simplify each side of = -2x – 5 = 16 add 5 to both sides -2x = 21divide by -2 x = -21/2 This format is also great for listing similarities and differences.
