Historical Perspective National data suggests underestimate of training and onboarding needed to integrate behavioral health in primary care Needs assessment conducted Summer 2014 Identified several key areas of need among PCMH Educational and Training Program Proposal funded by Tufts 11 pilot sites selected based on selection criteria
