OVERVIEW Level 1 Bullet Level 2 Bullet AAPCHO Data Warehouse Currently AAPCHO has 11 CHCs transmitting data to the AAPCHO data warehouse which houses data from 328,564 unique patients accounting for 5,795,797 encounters between 2006 through Among the 11, 4 CHCs also participate in the HRSA Community Health Applied Research Network (CHARN) project and transmit data to the Data Coordinating Center that aggregates data from 4 CHC networks.
