What is Entrepreneurship? Entrepreneurship = creativity + innovation

Creativity The ability to develop new ideas and to discover new ways of looking at problems and opportunities.

Innovation The ability to apply creative solutions to those problems and opportunities in order to enhance people’s lives or to enrich society

What Motivates Entrepreneurs? According to McClelland 1.The need for achievement (n Ach) Achievement motive - drive to do well, strive for excellence and overcome challenges and obstacles in the pursuit of goal. Also known as urge to improve.
