REGISTERING A BUSINESS. – Apply for and register a name. – Apply for Articles of Incorporation for a LLC Company. – Submit notice of Directors, notice of address of business and notice of secretary. – To attain a certificate of incorporation, submit name registration, articles and notices. – By laws: structure of company (use template 1) All of the above can be completed at the Registrar General’s Department of the Ministry of Legal Affairs.

Business start up plan requirements BANK ACCOUNT: – Certificate of Incorporation – Notices – By Laws – Director’s proof of address, two forms of ID and a utility bill. – Projected Financials.

Business start up plan requirements TAXATION: – Apply for company BIR file number at the board of Inland Revenue. – Registration Covers: PAYE, Health Surcharge, Corporation Tax. – Vat: Register at the BIR office; registration can be done before trading begins, providing the company has a contract. – NIS: Register at the National Insurance Board.
