What is the Grid? Isn't the grid just the internet? How does the Grid compare with other industry-backed efforts, –Peer-to-Peer WG, CORBA, etc. Where do ASPs feature in the Grid? What high level applications do you see developing over next 5 years

Making it work How do I make single-sign on work when we have different underlying security models. What tools do you see developing to introduce a new user to the grid? How do I estimate how much resource I need? How should we write programs for the Grid. Could we develop a common grid currency ($) Are current protocols robust enough, and if not, what work needs to be done.

Making it work Will Grid level services appear in OS? Or should it be in the OS? What PhD projects would you set if someone was interested in working in this area?
