2 What is RASOS? An organization, working under the direction of the ACAAC Board of Directors, that: Develops and implements plans to foster cooperation between member states in all areas of civil aviation safety. 12 Office of the Coordinator RASOS Coordinator’s Office – Interim location is the JCAA facility at 4, Winchester Road in Kingston, Jamaica.
