Completed projects ( ): Volunteer Training for Working at the Orphanages (with support of Bethany Christian Services, USA); Independent Living Skills Training (with support of PhosAdelphia Center for Orthodoxy, USA); Community Involvement (with support of local community); Social Work Modular Courses (with support of UCAN and V. Poltavets School of Social Work of “Kyiv-Mohyla academy”); Work with At-risk Children (with support of International Women’s Club in Kyiv).

Current Projects (1): Individual Support and Sponsorship (with support of Bethany Christian Services, USA) Domestic Violence Prevention (with support of “Konvalia Project”, Canada); Introduction of Social Expertise System in the Court (financed by European Commission)

Current Projects (2): Assistance in the Job Placement of Orphans in Ukraine (with support of Organization of the Security and Co-operation in Europe) Development of a Program for Reforming the System of the Social Services for Orphans and Children Without Parental Care (financed by Ukrainian Citizen Action Network with support by United States Agency for International Development)

Individual Support and Sponsorship Program Family Preservation (23 children stay at their families; group of self-assistance); Family Re-unification (25 children returned to their biological families); Child Support and Enhancement (135 children from 2 orphanages in Vinnitsa and Tulchyn (Vinnitsa region) were granted assistance through the institutional sponsorship program).

The number of children at the Individual Support and Sponsorship Program (2005 year): Kyiv – 15 children (in the families); Vinnytsya – 34 children ( in the families); 29 children (at the orphanage); Tulchyn – 10 children (at the orphanage); Gnivan’ – 2 children (in the families)

Domestic Violence Prevention Information seminars and trainings for agencies; Information campaigns (leaflets, calendars, information materials); Consultations for women who suffer from the domestic violence. Current Projects:

Introduction of Social Expertise System in the Court Project activities: 2 training courses “Social expertise in the court as a means of social orphanhood prevention” for judges and social workers; Conference; Manual “Recommendations on social expertise provision”; Non-formal network of NGOs and state social agencies.

Current Projects: Assistance in the Job Placement of Orphans in Ukraine: Case work with 30 orphans; Internship of 15 orphans at the brand agencies; Job placement of 15 orphans at the brand agencies; Life and Social Skills Training; Training of the career growth for 30 orphans; Increase the orphans’ motivation to the changes.

Current Projects: Development of a Program for Reforming the System of the Social Services for Orphans and Children Without Parental Care Creation of the project oblast’ working group (OWG); 3 six - days training courses for the OWG; Public hearings for the community; Creation of the Program for Reforming the System of the Social Services for orphans and children without parental care.
