Why you Can’t Ignore the Global Picture Your career will be impacted by people from around the world People are different in different cultures and countries Even if you plan to stay in the U.S, you will come in contact with people from elsewhere, and have to work with them The more you know, the more effective you can be and the more valuable to your employer
