Eligible Actions diversification of production in agriculture improved product quality sustainable management & use of resources improved quality of the environment & the countryside identification of products for new uses and markets

Types of Action Targeted - 73% of total budget - 50% EU –trans-national, adding value to national schemes –participation by NGOs encouraged –European network of national databases of in situ AnGR, linked to DAD-IS –web based European networks of ex situ AnGR

Types of Action - 2 Concerted - 9 % of total budget - 80% EU –improving co-ordination at EU level through seminars & reports on national programmes –measures undertaken at Community level to improve co-ordination with other EU programmes (e.g. 1257/99) –developments in international negotiations

Types of Action 3 Accompanying - 8% of total - 80% EU –stakeholder seminars for dissemination of information –training courses –preparation of technical reports –promotion of utilisation of the market
