Interim Comprehensive Infrastructure Agreement released publicly on November 11. Regionalization model of service delivery implemented. Presentation given to JCOTS. National Association of State CIO’s (NASCIO) featured Virginia’s enterprise architecture in a national brief on December 1. DHRM report on VITA Pay Actions – no exceptions.
