Earth Hour – Saturday 28 th March 2011 From its debut in one city in one country in 2007 – Sydney, Australia – when 2.2 million individuals turned their lights off to take a stand against climate change, Earth Hour has become a truly global movement, embracing 128 countries and territories in marks a new phase for the initiative. The new campaign creative, 60+, will position Earth Hour 2011 as an hour of celebration where the community comes together and makes a pledge to do more to help the planet.
