6 530 Collins St – PCA Award 2011 Announcement At the 2011 annual Property Council of Australia Innovation & Excellence awards held last Saturday night 530 Collins received “Best Sustainable Development – Existing Buildings” for 2011. This award is given to an organisations commitment to corporate social responsibility and sustainability development. To achieve a guaranteed 5 Star NABERS energy rating is market leading, but to achieve this outcome for an asset of 530 Collins size (68,000) and age (22 years) is a significant achievement and is a first in Australia, a true market leading position and a guide for all the existing properties.
