In Britain the Queen is the Head of State, but in fact she doesn’t rule the country as she has no power. The Queen is the symbol of the country, its traditions. She is very rich. She travels about the United Kingdom, meets different people and visits schools, hospitals and other special places. The real power in the country belongs to the British Parliament and to the British Government. The British Parliament has two houses: the House of Commons and the House of Lords. 5 seofGreatBritain

The House of Lords does not have much power but it is very important as it can discuss and change laws, it can delay laws too. The members of the House of Lords are not elected, they are selected. These members are permanent. They are often aristocrats, people of the church, lawyers and former politicians or life peers 6 spx?id=thehousesofParliament

The House of Commons makes laws about the policy of the country, taxes and many other things. The members of the House of Commons are elected. The British people elect 650 members of the House Of Commons every five years 7 mons

The UK is situated in the British Isles. Great Britain or Britain refers to Scotland, England, Wales. The United Kingdom includes Northern Ireland. It consists of 4 countries: Scotland, England, Wales, Northern Ireland. Their capitals are London, Edinburg, Cardiff and Belfast. 8

 CXXX  My mistress’ eyes are nothing like the sun;  Coral is far more red than her lips’ red:  If snow be white, why then her breasts are dun;  If hairs be wires, black wires grow on her head.  I have seen roses damasks, red and white,  But no such roses see I in her cheeks;  And in some perfumes there is more delight  Then in the breath that from my mistress reeks.  I love to hear her speak, yet well I know  That music hath more pleasing sound:  I grant I never saw a goddess go,  My mistress, when she walks, treads on the ground:  And yet, by heaven, I think my love is rare  As any she belied with false compare biographie.com/celebrite/biographie/williamShakspeare-1083php

21 Love is… a tender feeling, Love is …a way of being, Love … is just showing someone you care. Love is helping with the dishes, Love feeding your pet fishes, Love is just giving from your heart. Love is so very simple, It’s not a mystery, When you treat those around you The very same way You want them to treat you.
